Dave and Pat Bilbrough – Power Music and MusicOne Users

Featured Musicians

From time to time we like to do an article that focuses on a user of Power Music and MusicOne digitals music stands.

Dave Bilbrough is a very well known Christian song writer, author and worship leader. Dave and his wife Pat use Power Music and a MusicOne 16 when leading worship.

One of Dave’s claims to fame is that he lead worship in the 1970s at the Royal Albert Hall, London when he was 19!

Now, with over four decades in full-time Christian ministry and numerous albums later, he is recognised as one of Britain’s foremost worship leaders and songwriters.

His songs are widely used across many denominations. One of his first well known songs was Abba Father (1975) and songs such as All Hail the Lamb, I am a New Creation, Sound the Trumpet, Holy Ground, How Wonderful and Let there be Love have been a staple part of many a church’s repertoire.

He became a major contributor to the words and music of the annual Spring Harvest collections, especially in the 1990s (11 items in the 1999 selection), played a leading role in ‘Revival Now’ conferences and has appeared several times on ‘Songs of Praise’ and other TV programmes.

Power Music and MusicOne

After talking to Pat at a Christian exhibition, the Bilbroughs contacted us in 2018 with an interest in using Power Music and MusicOne. They bought a MusicOne 22 system and used it for many years. However to make transport to gigs easier Pat contacted us last year asking if there was a lighter more compact solution available. The answer was a MusicOne 16 which they now use at concerts. The picture above is from the recent Healing Conference at Westminster Central Hall where Dave and Pat were leading worship.
